The stay featured a very comfortable bed and exceptionally clean accommodations, making it a pleasant experience. However, as an older property, the exterior could use some modernization to match the quality indoors. While the on-site staff was accommodating, there were moments of confusion regarding room availability, which could be improved. The free laundry service and access to fresh homemade preserves for breakfast were standout perks that contributed positively to the overall value.

I enjoyed my week-long stay at the Royal Inn. The room was clean and well-kept, with a fridge and microwave, which made my life easier. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Free Wi-Fi worked well most of the time, and the water pressure in the shower was great – better than what I have at home! I appreciated the coffee and danish in the morning. The manager, Chris, was really accommodating and helped me out with early coffee when I had to leave early for work. On top of that, laundry was free, which was a nice perk. However, I did notice some noise from outside at night, especially from passing cars and distant barking dogs. The room felt warm during my stay, and while I felt at home, a little updating to the decor would enhance the overall experience. I also noticed the motel is older, so some areas require maintenance. a few fixtures seemed worn. Overall, for the price and service I received, I was satisfied with my stay, but a little improvement in sound proofing and room updating would go a long way!

I gotta say, I was surprised at how clean the room was, it felt like I was stepping into a cozy home. And that Keurig coffee machine in the morning. Pure magic, especially when you need that dark roast to face the day.
